ROYALEXS RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY

1. 14-Day Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU & General Rules)
In accordance with European Union consumer protection legislation and distance selling regulations, you have the right to withdraw from this contract (return your order) within 14 days from the day you receive your items, without giving any reason and without incurring any penalties.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of receiving your product by contacting us at royalexsinfo@gmail.com.

After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you must send the products back to us within a maximum of 14 days.
2. Return Conditions
For a return to be accepted and processed, the following statutory and operational conditions must be met:

Products must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags attached, and in a resalable condition.

Returns of products with completely damaged packaging, missing parts, or products that have been assembled/installed (except in cases of manufacturing defects) cannot be accepted.

3. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Products (Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal)
According to EU legislation, the right of withdrawal and return does not apply to the following categories of products (unless they arrive defective or damaged) due to hygiene, safety, or the personalized nature of the items:

Hygiene and Health Products: Personal care and cosmetic products that have been unsealed, opened, or used after delivery, and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

Customized/Personalized Products: Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized to individual needs.

Perishable Goods: Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

Gift Cards and Digital Content: Digital codes or gift cards that have already been delivered or redeemed.
4. Damages, Defective Products, and Issues
Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If your product has been damaged in transit, is defective due to manufacturing, or is incorrect/different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately at royalexsinfo@gmail.com.

All shipping costs for the return or exchange of defective or incorrectly sent items will be fully covered by our company.

For defective products, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund based on your preference.
5. Shipping and Return Fees

Returns Under the Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with EU regulations, when a customer exercises their right of withdrawal without any product defect (change of mind), the cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the customer, unless stated otherwise on the product page.

Defective/Incorrect Products: If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item sent by us, the return shipping costs will be fully covered by Royalexs.
6. Refund Process
Once your returned product reaches our facility, it will be thoroughly inspected for compliance with the return conditions, and the outcome will be notified to you via email.

If your return is approved, your refund (including the cost of standard delivery, if applicable) will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval, using the original method of payment.

The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider (Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, etc.).

If your refund does not appear in your account within 30 business days after approval, please contact your bank first, and then reach out to us at royalexsinfo@gmail.com.
